What We Do: JEK Design can take your construction requirements and provide complete CAD drawn construction plans in a timely fashion and meet all applicable building codes.
Our main area of expertise is design consultation and the preparation of plans for commercial and residential swimming pools.
We can create all the necessary construction documents from scratch or from designs sourced by you
Our staff can present those plans through all the required regulating agencies and obtain the necessary permits so that building can commence.
We can provide an artistic rendering of the planned project if desired at additional cost.
Size of Project: No project is too small or large for our staff to handle. Deliveries of completed drawings and renderings are made in an agreed to timetable.
Area of Coverage: The company is headquartered and centrally located in Annapolis, Maryland. We will consider all projects within a radius of 150 miles in the surrounding states of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Delaware, and Washington D.C.
Fees: Our fee structure, which is competitively priced, is based upon the size of the project and extras such as permit applications and artistic renderings. Some changes may require additional agreed upon fees.
Guarantee: Our quality control standards are high and your satisfaction is of paramount importance with all aspects of the design, drafting, permits, and rendering of your project performed by our staff.
